Do I have to present any personal identification document when I arrive?

Remember that it is essential that all guests, including children, present their ID card or passport at the time of check-in.

How do I pay on arrival at the hotel?

Once you arrive at Hotel Raval de la Mar, you can pay in cash or by credit card.

What type of cards do you accept as a form of payment?

We accept all types of cards, including American Express.

Is it possible to receive an account number to make a deposit in advance of the reservation?

We will be able to provide you with an account number or virtual payment link to make an advance payment for a booking in the following cases:

- If you have problems paying by credit card.

- If you want to pay in full before your arrival.

- If it is a gift for someone else.

From what age do children pay?

- Babies from 0 to 2 years old do not pay, but they must be included in the booking.

- Children from 2 to 12 years old always pay, they have a 50% discount when sharing a room with two adults. The total amount is already reflected in the booking.

Currently the hotel does not have a single-parent rate. To make a reservation for 1 adult + 1 child, you must select 2 adults.

Check-in is from 15h onwards.

Reception is open 24h so there is no maximum check-in time.

What happens if I arrive before 15h?

It is possible that if you arrive before the recommended time your room will not be ready. In this case you can always leave your belongings at reception.

What time is the check-out?

You have until 12 noon to check out of your room.

What is a promotional code and what is it for?
With a discount code or promotional code, you will get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.
